Motorica is a Generative AI for motion synthesis that makes AAA animation possible in minutes instead of months. The company is a spin-out from world-leading research at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology, which has been used as the state-of-the-art benchmark by researchers at Berkeley and Meta.

As we started working with Motorica, they were in the beginnings of commercializing their R&D and becoming more product-focused. Therefore, they needed more people that had hands-on operational and strategic experience from world-class product organizations to solve the following challenges:

• Building best practice scalable MLOps infrastructure in the cloud
• Improve product management strategy and operations
• Finding individual contributors with specialized knowledge in the niche field of AI, animation, and gaming.

During the time we worked together, we:
