Before summer vacation, MetaSolutions were looking to add a couple of people for their team before Sweden went on holiday. This meant we had a limited number of days to push the recruitment forward before everything closed down for vacation.

MetaSolutions had seen a need for recruitment in two areas of their business:

• They needed a new front-end developer for their team
• They needed a project manager with experience from web development for one of their products.

• Filtered out 10 top applicants from 1,001 applications on the developer role
• Filtered out 7 top applicants from 147 applications for the project manager role
• Signed 2 people for the roles.
