Making key hires at Learnster after their latest funding round

Situation

Learnster has grown with a CAGR of approx 50% the last few years and has just raised 31 msek in funding in Q2 2024. Their strategic plan is to grow ARR with 2.5x in 2025 by:

  • International expansion
  • Launching AI product features

The need for recruitment

When we met Learnster, they were looking to make a couple of key hires in order to deliver on their goals:

  • Finding proactive client directors who know how to be a strategic advisor to organizations
  • Find a leader for the customer success team continue to drive customer value to our current and new customers
  • Find a leader for the sales team with deep understanding of how to position Learnster
  • Several positions within engineering to grow the product development team in Stockholm
